For those of you who still use cassettes in the car or at home This\u00a0brand new cellophane wrapped Cassette, like the CD,\u00a0 contains a lot of previously undiscovered and unreleased version of his tunes, including 3 songs which he actually sang and were never released. Days were spent sifting through old reel to reel tapes , 78\u2019s and cassettes to put together this collection. This was then taken into the studio, \u00a0lovingly and painstakingly cleaned up and presented here on this cassette. It was never available to buy in the shops and this is the only place where this is available.<\/p>\n

This cassette\u00a0takes the form of a musical journey includes familiar favourites of yesteryear and some new compositions aimed at\u00a0today’s easy listening audiences. Russ carefully selected classic titles by composers like Ray Noble, Marvin Hamlisch and Bert\u00a0Kaempfert,\u00a0placed alongside many of his own compositions that are always welcomed by fans at his concert appearances.<\/div>\n
A\u00a0brand-new\u00a0tune,”The bells of time” begins this 24 track collection of melodies each played in Russ Conway’s unmistakable keyboard style along with the melodies there are vocal tracks which show a very different Russ Conway, completely at home delivering lyrics by Norman Newell and Lionel Bart.<\/div>\n
